They can read what people write. It is not a fluke that more people are so critical. Let the person have other tasks, but not deal with people.nnYou don't have the worst kind of Spanish Inquisition as a Sunday school teacher, so have mercy on the citizens and passport customers and spare them the torture of having to face her.
A lady at the passport office was extremely rude. The other was very friendly. It's a shame that one can spoil it so that the rating goes down to zero.
