Bought Thermopool from dealer in Frölunda, very good treatment from the first contact, everything was delivered according to the promised schedule.nCan highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for future additions.
We bought a pool from Pool Store last year and would strongly advise others not to do the same. There have been a lot of mistakes and messes in everything from quotation to delivery and the customer service is a disaster. One of the products in our pool broke after only a couple of weeks of use and despite a complaint already in August 2021 it is still not resolved so we can open the pool. However, this is not because the error is difficult to solve, but because the Pool Store has not dealt with the issue at all and when it was supposed to be dealt with after several pressures, it has been done with nonchalance, which has led to further delay.
Bought a thermopool that I chose to build myself. Not overly handy, but thanks to good instructions, as well as fast and clear support, the build went well beyond expectations. Everything except the pool pump and some small items was delivered on time. However, the remaining delivery arrived well before they were needed and caused no delays.
