You only visit here when home delivery fails for some unknown made up reason.nnAlso, updated opening hours written on a post-it outside. It's now 08:30-09:30 and 15:00-17:00 as of 2024-07-15 at least. I guess they don't bother to update their google info and leave that to somebody else as well.
Miraculously, PostNord can never deliver to my home, even though I had to pay extra for home delivery of my packages. It is also not possible to get any help from either customer service or the website, but you have to sit and wait several extra days for a package that should have been outside your door already. It would have been one thing if the driver had directly left the packages with an agent, but I have noticed that this rarely happens the same day. It is sad that it is not possible to boycott PostNord completely when several companies do not offer other solutions, but I will do everything I can to avoid having to use PostNord again. Apparently it is up to the driver to decide whether home delivery is possible or not - so I, who live high up, never get my packages home
Takes a week to get packages/letters within Sweden! The staff at the Service location in Katrineholm are really rude! Waited half an hour to pick up my letter which is express delivery, but no one came and rang the doorbell and this happens every time I have delivery to the door! I always get a message that the package could not be delivered and have to wait 2-4 more days!nAfter half an hour the staff tells me that she can't pick up my package because she will close in 4 minutes and I will get it to Omud!nSo she chooses to help the other 6 people who were behind me which would have taken more than 4 minutes, instead of picking up my letter which is behind her in the warehouse, which would have taken 1 minute to pick up! Never again more Postnord!
Very comfortable and the service was excellent.
So incredibly helpful!! Solved my problem with a delayed package in one go
