Visiting this clean, efficient neighborhood post office is a pleasant experience. The clerks are very helpful, and happy to explain things to an English-speaking customer. I went here to mail some postcards to friends and family back home in the US, and couldn’t have had an easier time. Tack!
This post office really deserves 5 stars. They are very friendly and helpful with packages and always happy to chit chat if there’s not too many people in the queue. They even offer treats if you come with a dog. Always good vibes at this place
The worst postal service. Their drivers claim they could not open the door, so they drop the package for pickup. If I wanted to go outside to get my stuff, I would not order online. Thank you for nothing PostNord-you are the WORST. Learn from Airmee, they always deliver on time and TOnTHE DOOR!
They are the worst.. I absolutely cannot recommend anyone sending packages via them!!!! Be careful!!! They just gave my package, which my sister send me from outside of Sweden and handed it to someone else. Told me that they can’t help me and that I must have picked it up which I have not!! And when I kept on demanding my package they said that I have to do it online and call the service. The service told me that they can’t help me, that they can’t give out the information to someone else and that I should contact the foreign mail company, but they couldn’t help me either. So basically they pretend checking your ID and you get a pin to pick up your mail, but even if it’s the wrong person they give out packages!! Can absolutely not recommend sending or receiving packages via Postnord. Use DHL instead!
Why bother having a phone Number? Spent 1 hour on hold to customer service two times in one day with no answer. Send three emails over the course of a week and still no response. Absolutely shocking how poor the service of this company is. Surprisingly so for Sweden. Disappointed.
