Delivery was supposed to be on Monday. It was not. I got a message next day that no one was home on Tuesday like they checked, haha, there were people at home and so they delivered it here for me to collect. Delivery is 2 packages 20kg and 30kg. I have no car and the distance from my apartment is 14km.nnPerfect service, 10/10, would not recommend - somehow in other countries they will first send a written msg about the delivery, then they will call multiple times, and when not delivered, they will for a small fee try to redeliver the package next time. Somehow, Postnord do not follow the rest of the Sweden and Europe, and is in the medieval times when it comes to deliveries.
I planned to stay home for the delivery and it wasn't just a waste of time. I requested to call on Telecom but they didn't. They never came but sent me a message that the delivery wasn't successful. Customer service was closed and I have no way to get help until the next day. Bad service!
Delivery was not successful:n- Last estimation on web checked at 19:40 was 19:55 - 20:55,n- I was at the ramp at 19:55n- Got a message at 20:03 that delivery failed at 19:54.nSeveral messages about the delivery, but seems like a phone call during the delivery is a science fiction.
I stayed at home at planned delivery day and they haven’t even tried to deliver the parcel noone has called at door phone, called my mobile or knock the door. The 20kg parcel went to this warehouse 8 km from my house and I had to pick it up in there myself. Not owning a car, it was an awful situation.
Missing package, theft and misrepresentation,ntwo weeks ago i bought a stadium bicycle with home delivery, on the 17th i just received the stadium email with tracking number. The post nord did not return with a link to schedule the delivery, there was no call or attempt to contact me by email, I expected to receive a message on my phone to schedule the date and time for a week, When contacting the customer service and providing the Id track it is stated that on April 17th the package arrived at the PostNord Skogås terminal, Länna at 9:37 am and at 3:03 pm it was picked up by someone stolen, in addition to not being notified and the post nord did not send the link on how the delivery would be made on the day the item was picked up I was working until 5 pm and I paid to be delivered to my home because I don't have a car to transport a 180 cm 15 kg package for Västehaninge, I didn’t have any help from postnord or an explanation of why there was no contact to schedule the delivery since the home delivery was specified in the package. I contacted STADIUM, it didn’t offer me any help to resolve the disappearance. of my package, I contacted the police yesterday and until that moment there was no return from the postnord.
