Every time my package gets sent here, it’s days late, they lie about delivery and say it’s on the move when it’s still there being ignored by the seemingly lazy staff. I have my medication for MS delivered through this place and it drives me mad!
Worst company. I have sent a package from Denmark to Sweden. It has been more than 12 days. Tracking says everyday in the morning out for delivery and then in the evening not possible for delivery. Its happening every day. They do not also make the package available for pickup.nWhen I call the port nord sweden. Each day new person picks up the phone and they could not give me clear explanation. And they do not know exactly where is the package.

Horrible service! The drivers have standardized claiming the recipient isn't home and then bringing the parcels back to the warehouse to save time. We recipients then have to wait forever to get our packages instead.
