They slapped my tracking number on somebody else's package at Växjö and the one meant to me, is lost. No efforts on PostNords side and they stay quiet for over 2 weeks now. What a terrible service.

Always choose this place for my packages from Schenker. Smooth, no queue, good staff, plenty of parking pockets around the building

Very good gas station with post office and a small shop to buy common goods while refueling the car. Very nice staff.

Bought a pair of headphones that are sent trackable with Postnord, because of the price. they have now been at the pick-up terminal for 4 days. i am currently number 205 in the customer service queue after 5 minutes. It took about 75 minutes in total and the answer I got was that it is high pressure, wait at least another week for delivery of your letter. customer service did the best they could, even if it took a long time, but a postal agent should not need ten days to deliver a letter domestically unless it is the Soviet Union or Communist China.
