Have no idea why my 22kg package has been sent to this azmazing place even I live somewhere 2 hours away and I'm not allowed to choose another pickup point on the amazing app. No one reply on calling or customer service email. Postnord is the greatest post office in the world.
Visited to put mails in the mailboxes, in the past these boxes were empty by staff at 20:00 now the are doing it at 18:00
This brev terminal BT services my area, and for some reason postage, including 1:a-klass varubrev can take days or even weeks to arrive - even if shipped only within Sweden. I can't understand how postal service can be that slow.nnI've missed several time sensitive notifications. Including paket avi and medical appointment notifications.nnIt's been like this for over a year, and Postnord customer service has simply stopped responding. Something needs to change.
You had my address and phone number, but instead send a letter asking if I'd like the item delivered. Why not send the item or call/text. Terrible system - its the 21st century.
no one answers the phone call!! My parcel has arrived there for one week but no updating about delivery!
