I went there today to buy an iphone but the säljare there had an attitude maybe because I am middle eastern, his attitude made me feel like he is doing me a favor and he doesnt really want to sell. I left and bought from elgiganten instead even though it was a bit more expensive there.
Misleading Subscription Process – No Help from PowernnI feel cheated by the sales process at Power. A store representative sold me a 24-month Tre mobile subscription without clearly explaining the total monthly cost or what I was committing to.nnWhen I realized the cost and returned to the store immediately, I asked to cancel the subscription. However, I was told that it wasn’t possible, even though I hadn’t used the SIM or received clear information at the time of signing.nnThis lack of transparency and refusal to help was incredibly frustrating. I expected better from Power as a retailer. Please train your staff to clearly inform customers about all terms and costs before asking them to sign a binding contract.

Salespersons need to wake up! Just went to the store to purchase a wall-mount. The salesperson in TV section says it’s out-of-stock. I told him it says on the website that it’s in stock. He says with an attitude, I know my store, it’s not in stock!nnI ordered the same wall-mount online, while I was at the store, to pick it up from the same store. Received a message few minutes later that the wall-mount is ready for pick-up at the counter lol now I’ll just get it from Elgiganten, they’re so much better and more professional!
Went there on Friday afternoon, one day after their big opening. Lot of people and sellers talking to each other and walking around. Yet no one ever approached me for some help, while I saw them approach to other customers.nnI don't like selective, judgemental behaviour. Took me a long time to look around and find what I was looking for, only to learn most of it was depleted. I am not impressed and will surely not be recommending the store nor the service to anyone.nnThe cashier girl was nice though, asked me if I had received help in the store, I told her no and she apologised and wished me a nice day :
