I bought an electronic item from power - Mall of scandinavia. I asked for a silver colour but they gave me black. I just opened the box and found it was black instead of silver which I asked for. The next day we went and asked for return/exchange. They refused to exchange or return. Only the outerbox was opened not torn or damaged. The watch or strap was not even removed from the inner box so it was totally unused but still they refused.nnOther shops allow return or exchange for the same product but power is worst.nnPLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM POWER.nnI have also noticed them displayed a product with a price after discount as xx sek. Other shops sell the same product for same xx sek without discount. So their discount is also not true !
Make sure you read and understand their terms as they are a bit different from other electronics retailers and you’ll have a hard time returning or exchanging products once purchased
Scammed by their mobile subscriptionsnnI feel completely scammed by Power – Mall of Scandinavia. Their mobile phone subscriptions are misleading, full of hidden details, and the staff offer no real support afterwards. They only care about selling, not helping customers. Avoid taking any abonemang here!
Scam campaign. I bought a Samsung Frame TV with a Music Frame, but Power purposely placed the “wrong dates” on the campaign to lure people into buying. I never got the Music Frame. Absolute scam, and will be reported to legal authorities.
It's been two occasions already when I purchased an item, received sms that the item is ready for pick up, arrived to the store to get it and learned that the item is in fact out of stock. One time it happened at Drottninggatan and the other time a few days ago in the Mall of Scandinavia. It is extremely frustrating and dissapointing. You completely ruin the experience of a purchase that should be in fact pleasant.nThe two stars I gave here are for the employees who was unlucky to have to handle this situation. They were apologetic and hice, but honestly quite helpless.
