Useless or non existing staff. For a month now nobody to sell me a laptop. Every few days am standing for 10+min in an empty shop. Just go to Elgiganten. And to the company am suggesting to give people a raise and better conditions soo maybe you find somebody to work there.

Fantastict service from both the lady at the customer service and the two gentlemen at the computer sector that helped me in 2 complicated choiches.
I would like to point one thing that bothers me in Power stores, not only Nacka, but all of them. It happens since the MediaMarkt times. The care with the price tags are inexistent. Especially in the gaming area, the price tags never match the real price of the products. The electronic tags don’t tell which product has the showing price. So one has to always check the price with the phone before deciding to buy the product or not. It is even bad for the store because when checking the price you may end up finding a cheaper place and buy from somewhere else. It almost happened to me yesterday. So please be more carefully in tagging the right prices to the product and make it clearly visible! Just a constructive feedback, other than that the shopping was perfectly fine.
Very helpful and kind staff. I will certainly go here again for all my electronic needs.
