Welcome to the facebook page for PowerBox Fitness Centre. Head Coach Antoine has trained for over 25 years in Boxing and Tae Kwon Do and competed in a variety of competitions. He has continuously worked with some of the best coaches in the industry who have helped him excel and develop into the man he is today.

For the last 15 years he has coached and worked with a variety of athletes alongside the general public and enjoyed immensely helping people achieve their goals and reaching their personal best.
