We booked online and the map that is online has seemingly nothing to do with the camping itself.nFor a single night of traveling through it is ok but it is absolutely not suitable for a longer stay. It is also the only camping we had in the past years in Sweden where you have to pay for the showers. This offsets the, at first, reasonable price quite a bit. This is also not really clear when booking.

They charge you as if it were a 4 star campsite but it's run down, with few facilities. Some of the smaller cabins are actually rotting to pieces, and some of the personnel in reception are unfriendly and not very helpful. There is nowhere to plug in a hair dryer in the ladies toilets, and the sparse equipment in the kitchen is very old. The shower cubicles are poorly designed with nowhere to hang your clothes except for a single hook in the same place you shower - just perfect if you want to wash your clothes at the same time...nnIf you are tenting, you get to choose between being right next to the main road or on the edge of a car park with nothing but a barbed wire fence between you and two large skyscrapers that dominate the surroundings and overlook the campsite.nnOn the plus side, there are few insects that bother you, and the sandy beach is not bad, if a bit too shallow, though the water appears to be unusually low right now.nnAll in all, not a terrible place to stay if you need to be close to town and have a caravan or rent a cabin, but overpriced and generally unpleasant if you are in a tent.

I only went in to buy an ice cream, but the woman behind the counter, was so not present and completely ignoring my presence. And was totally bothered by the need to answer any questions. I did not buy anything.

Nice campsite with beautiful sandy beach with very soft sand.nThe lake remains very shallow for a long time, so water is usually warm.nLots of playground for the kids.nThe only downside is the road that runs close by the camping.
