Nice and varied hiking trail. It goes on gravel, sand, asphalt surfaces all the way along the coast. A few places can be a little more difficult to get through but generally easy and accessible for most people. You can hike for a few hours and get from Halmstad city center to Möllegårds nature reserve. Several opportunities to sit down and enjoy the views. Unfortunately - when you reach your destination there is no way to get back to the city center. So it might be a good idea to shorten the hike and finish in Tylösand to take the bus back.

I love my city Halmstad, I was born and raised in Halmstad. Sometimes I just feel like taking a walk in my solitude and clearing my thoughts. Prince Bertil's path is really nice here, you can cycle or just take a walk. I myself prefer to walk. This wonderful greenery and tranquility makes you feel calm in both body and soul, yes it is like balm for the soul. We live in a world that usually revolves around stress and worry. A lot is happening right now and sometimes you need to stop a little and enjoy what life gives us. I see life as a gift and then I take the opportunity to enjoy it too. Just putting on comfortable shoes and going out into nature or parks, beaches, yes whatever gives me peace. I can really recommend you to go here and enjoy Prince Bertil's path.

Prins Bertils Stig, Tylösand side.n Location. This hiking trail is really fun. Great terrain and views. This place is worth visiting any time of the year.
