Worthless customer service. It's possible that the products are good, but after waiting 2.5 months without receiving the items I ordered, I have a hard time knowing. After about 1.5 months of repeatedly trying to get in touch via phone, text message, email and messenger without the slightest response, I'm fed up. The waiting time could have been okay if I had received some kind of message or at least a response to my messages, but when you as a customer are ignored, it's okay. Will not place any more orders with Prodog.
A company that is beyond reproach when it comes to customer service.n3 weeks after my order, neither the product nor the delivery notification has appeared. I have called, emailed, left messages and sent text messages several times without a single response....nnA company that should not be in the business of selling or customer contact at all.
Warning !!! Terrible customer service. Wondering if it's a scam company? Doesn't respond to emails, text messages or phone calls. Doesn't register returns through Klarna so I will need contact/help from Klarna to resolve the problem with the company as it's been over 2 months and no response from customer service. Don't order from here.
The owner sells and charges for products she doesn't have, says she's waiting for a delivery. You can't get in touch via any of the channels she provides and she seems to be busy non-stop. Delays, so the 14 days you have regarding the right of withdrawal have time to pass. Doesn't respond until you indicate that you intend to report the company to the police. This person should not be running an online store.
Absolutely not going to do online shopping. Do not contact me regarding the ordered item! 1 month has passed without being contacted or the item sent. Definitely not recommended. Creates problems with KLARNA. Worst online shopping I have ever experienced! Red flag!!
