They don't cover electric inspection and they don't make it clear when we ask them about electric installation in house. But when we find fault, they just point to fine print where they cover themselves. Also, they have missed inspecting Facade with holes in it which can cause water leakage. These persons are super unprofessional and do not trust their reports ever...

I bought an inspection of an apartment before buying. The inspector is very professional, nice and done the job great. I also get help afterwards about the detail report. Recommended!

I have not hired the company but have been in contact with Roger, the owner of the company. In my opinion, the contact I have had in my case is neither professional nor nice. For me, ending up in the situation I did with Roger is clear behavior that can be difficult to deal with in the event of any problems with the inspection as a customer and the contact for me is experienced as difficult with Roger. I experience him as reluctant and in a greater need to go on the defensive than to meet, listen and see me as a customer. I would not recommend this company based on the contact today. I see that it could make it difficult for me as a private individual with the inspection case.

Without Roger and his company Råkoll AB, our house would be a valuable lock. We were unlucky to hire unprofessional carpenters and things did not go right. During several inspections, Roger kept a strict eye on quality and did not deviate an inch from Swedish standards and regulations. The craftsmen also did some water damage and Roger advised us throughout the entire process. We highly recommend him and his company. He is thorough and meticulous. In addition, he goes the extra mile because he is passionate about his customers. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROGER, you are a unique gem.
