I’ve never had an issue with eye lash extensions before, however, here the glue irritated my eyes. I was instructed that is was normal and to use eye drops. Next day the irritation and pain did not end; my eye was painful to the touch. The day after my eye was still painful, irritated, and so swollen that I had to go to urgent care. I was informed that I have an eye infection. When I called they had a lack of concern and offered no refund, just a removal.
Today is my 2nd time visiting the store, still as good as last time, I coming for natural looking lash extensions and Rachel delivered.
Lucy was my lash tech and she was great. Love my lashes.
Always on time and they work efficiently. The space is very nicely decorated and the tables are very comfortable. I love that they use glue for sensitive eyes, and create a look that will flatter your eyes.
