I wouldn't call it a travel center. You can easily walk past the building, it doesn't look like a travel center. The tunnels under the tracks with a lot of different stairs and signs are more central and just as big. The bus center is also not visible from a distance. Only when you get there do you see that there are many different buses and stops.
