Restaurang Fina Fisken

I save 4+ stars for restaurants that I’d recommend to friends and go to again. I did appreciate the staff, the restaurant design, and the overall atmosphere. But I have to give the food a 3 mainly because of price compared to experience on the day I went. Maybe next time I am in Trosa I will go again and consider changing the rating to 4. I did go on a slow day so that could have impacted the kitchen.nnI did enjoy the smoked shrimp. My main fish dish though lacked a bit of flavor but I’d toss that up to general opinion - perhaps you would like it. But the muscles dish was overcooked and a bit rubbery. Which for a restaurant at a premium price that focuses on fish, is unacceptable. But again, that could have just been bad luck that day.nnIn the end, I think it is very fine to dine here and your experience may be better than mine.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary. The service was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The waiter gave us very good wine recommendations, well paired with the food. The food was also very good. The atmosphere in the garden with candlelight was magic on a warm summer evening. We will come back.

Massive patio with cozy seating, firepits and a beautiful garden. The lunch special was quite tasty paired with a local beer. Service was great and I was able to grab a nice table under the awning out of the sun.

The food was alright. The vegetarian option could be made vegan, but my mushroom was kinda cold and missed some salt.nThe staff was friendly and the place beautiful and dogfriendly.
