It's okey lunches here, the pork that is served everyday is extremely dry. I can't understand why they don't skip it or use another meat. For 110 kr lunch buffet you expect it to be better. Yes i know pork gets dry on a buffet too keep it warm, but surely with a little effort this extreme dryness can be avoided.
Great value, buffet with a home cooked feeling.
