Had kebab koobideh at this Persian restaurant—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was great, and the soup and salad bar were a solid bonus. Great staff. Giving it 4 out of 5 stars: food and atmosphere were really good, but not quite perfect, a bit noisy, Still, definitely worth a visit.
Disrespectful, hostile, and completely unprofessional.nnRayhan Restaurant delivers one of the worst dining experiences imaginable. The staff and management were rude, dismissive, and clearly did not want customers there. From the moment we arrived, their attitude made us feel completely unwelcome.nnStaff ignored our table, rolled their eyes when spoken to, and refused to answer basic questions about the menu. Any attempt to communicate was met with attitude or silence. The staff looked exhausted and unhappy, but that does not excuse treating customers with such disrespect.nnThe situation became so uncomfortable that I couldn’t bear their attitude anymore and decided to leave the restaurant. No customer should feel forced to walk out because of how poorly they are treated.nnThis place has serious management issues and no understanding of basic customer service. Save your money and go somewhere you’ll be treated with basic human decency.
The food was amazingggg . We came here with a group of friends and we all were pleased with the service and the food . I was craving persian koobideh kebab so I ordered Soltani kebab which is a combinationof koobideh and barg kebab with safran rice and I enjoyed every bite the kebab was so tender and juicy . The palace looks great and cozy with a persian theme and music which was amazing. The staff were great and friendly. I would definitely come back here .
I went with my family to have dinner at Rayhan today. The staff wasn’t welcoming nd friendly, very disrespectful, I got very disappointed on staff, we was 8 people, ask for a table, she offered us a table it’s just next to toilet, we said we don’t want to seat there cuz it’s next to toilet then she walk off didn’t care or bothered, then we ask for the menu for order the food but she didn’t give us said come to front of the desk an order, after that we didn’t liked her behaviour, we all just walk out nd went to another restaurant to eat. So we had very bad experience today nd the lady behaved very rude..
Tender kebabas, lovely staff, very nice tea and brilliant taste of music!
