Clean fresh friendly staff dedicated to the guests fun with the Christmas Eve activity

Unfortunately, the staff again decide to close the small pool earlier than they had informed by text and by phone a day earlier. An hour and a half earlier. Unprofessional, annoying and unpleasant.
