Of course, nobody remembers having me as a customer because all the sellers just ignored me and my husband. We went to the store looking for a car that was on blocket, we couldn't find it and wanted to ask, but the service was horrible.
I can't call them other than CRIMINALS or in best case cheaters and extremely unprofessional car dealers. They sell broken cars for export and pretend they were fine before...nWe bought a Skoda Kodiaq with faulty and broken DSG gearbox, which happened after only 200km and the repair cost us over 2k EUR??!! We would have taken the car broken back, if they were closer but of course it's not worth it with the current costs of transport.nTheir excellent sales were also totally unreachable by phone, Whatsapp or email and extremely arrogant about the whole issue.nThe RECO awarded sign to them must be a joke...nStay away from them, if you want reliable cars!!!

Bought a car from them during the winter, the car needed winter wheels which I agreed to pay extra for and asked them to be put on the car for when I collect it.nThe summer wheels they put in the rear of car in plastic bags.nCome April and time to put on the summer wheels I find out that two of the wheels are bald and not illegal to be used..nIf I hadn't purchased the winter wheels I would have noticed this and wouldn't have illegally been able to drive the car off the forecourt.nDirty salesmanship as they definitely knew that two of the tires were illegal...nnAFTER READING YOUR STANDARD RESPONSE.nThere is no doubt that the salesman and the mechanic who fitted the winter wheels I purchased knew that two of the summer tires where illegal.nAn honest garage would have changed the tires before advertising the car, as it couldn't have illegally been driven.nAn honest garage would have told the buyer the summer tires are bald.nAn honest garage would have either changed the tires or discounted the car.nBUT.....nIf I had been wiser and not assumed buying from a garage and business was smart, yes I could have and should have checked.nIf I was wiser, I could have looked at your reviews and noted 40% 1 Star ratings all saying your garage is dishonest.nYou seem to love blaming the customer for your garage's dishonesty.nn6300kr out of pocket due to your dishonesty and my trusting your business..nnBUYER DON'T BEWARE, JUST DON'T BUY FROM THIS GARAGE..
They strongly recommended buying 12 month warranty which actually could not cover for the car I bought. I found out later when I had problems with the car. Can't say they didn't know about it. They did not inform me the important ones.
