High expectations. Hamburger was too dry, missing juice and sauce, and salty. According to all of us. Pommes frites were covered in black pepper, in my opinion. I couldn't eat them. I hate black pepper on fries, you should let the customer decide whether to have it or not, by leaving pepper on the table. And, on my opinion, I am tired of seeing truffle everywhere in Sweden...
Good smashed burgers in a cosy venue. The burgers were good but lacked some flavour for a top rating. The highlights were the tasty onion rings and the ice cream sandwich for dessert miso/gochu jang flavour.
I've only been there for a Sunday lunch, so YMMV.nI had the burger and really thought a 230:- burger would include some fries, but nope. It was a good burger, but definitely not worth the price. There are better burger places in much more central locations to go to instead.nService was pretty slow as well. Instead of giving us the check, the waitress started serving drinks to another group.nWe all left still hungry and kinda dissapointed.
This place offers a great cullenery experience, with interesting flavors and combinations I hadn't really thought of before.nnThe onion rings had this great combination of crisp and chewy texture... sweet and salty.nnThe side dishes are perfect for sharing, and the cocktail I got tasted like a walk in a forest.nnThe pricing is decent considering the quality of the food, but I'd say on the upper part of the scale for a place that is mostly known for it's burgers though I didn't try them.nnStill, this place is definitely worth a visit, and I am definitely taking my family there sometime soon.nnBack for lunch: lunch was good toonnUpdate: This years summer menu is just as great as last years if not better and the new cocktails are amazing!
