Everything you need for the home and beyond. Here the prices are much lower than others. However, the quality is much lower than expected
Very rude staff. My partner and I have just got a small Pomeranian puppy of 9 weeks who cannot be left alone yet. Therefore, we have bought a dog carriage so that we and she can do more things.nAnyway, the other day we were at Rusta in Karlstad and the staff there were super nice and said that of course we could bring the dog into the store considering that she is still so small and sits in her cart/cagenn- But... When we arrived at the store in Kristinehamn today, out of politeness I asked one of the few older women who work there black-haired at the checkout if it was all right that we took her in the cart, to which she replied very unpleasantly that you absolutely DO NOT bring animals into the store. Of course, I respect that stores have different rules and policies, but you don't have to be rude when I, as a customer, ask a question like that to be nice and double check. Also, I don't quite understand why she was so hysterical. I understand that you don't want large, fully grown dogs on leashes in stores, but our puppy was still and asleep in his cage. This is the first place we have been denied. However, this is not the first time that I have experienced unpleasant treatment by the staff here.
Always as nicely treated at Rusta in Kristinehamn. Helpful when I ask about something I can't find.
