I called to get tires replaced and got a time immediately. Asked for a toe-in adjustment, and it was done too, while waiting. The mechanic was very thorough and the final price very acceptable.

Dropped the car off at Rydals Bil 9/4 — picked it up with a deep scratch. The company denied responsibility and showed no willingness to fix the problem. ARN rejects my claim but I stand by the fact that the damage was not there before.nnA fraudulent company with poor customer service. I should have read the negative reviews before going there. Avoid this company.

Found a car at Rydals Bil, 6 month warranty and no faults according to the ad! Sure many miles on the road but good condition as expected! Called the owner and I would only come a week later, pay 1000 SEK so the car could be kept for the week. I come and look at the wreck, nothing about huge flaws in the ad! The front was repaired with plastic tape, fog lights cracked and filled with water! Rust in such quantities that you are scared. Exhaust system fixed by an amateur and bracket was off, the list of all faults can be made much longer! I say no to the car and ask for the down payment back! No problem says the owner, email me your account and I will send the money! Now it has been well over a month and 3-4 emails later still no money or even a reply to my emails! Incredibly amateurish behavior, people stay away from this scammer! Too bad they couldn't give a lower rating than one star!

Unfortunately, I only had bad experiences here. I ordered tires online that had Rydals Bil as a partner. After 1 week, Rydals Bil claimed that the tires had not arrived, while Tires Online said that the tires had arrived. I saw via tracking number that the tires had been delivered. It took me almost 2 weeks before Rydals Bil admitted that the tires had arrived. Once that had passed, I booked an appointment to change tires on these 2 tires. The time was set for 09.00 and I arrive at 08.45 and am seated on a sofa. After 45 minutes, I ask how it is going. As soon as it is done, I get an answer. It takes another 45 minutes before I can leave. 1 hour and 30 minutes to change 2 tires when you come as a pre-booked customer. Not ok!
