Sätra is a good place. A really nice area. One of my favorite places in Stockholm. Which I can describe and justify. :
Little Ica where you can find bargains sometimes. Local restaurant with associated clientele. Asian food with a decent range.
Poor selection and expensive grocery store with often expired food.. Ill-behaved children, young people and adults smoke everything possible completely openly and some ride bikes or play football in the mall. In principle, the police only come if a serious crime has been committed, and that is probably not that common yet. There are no security guards there at all. Authorities talk about security, but it stops there. During the day, Sätra is otherwise nice and quite safe, and the proximity to the town and several shopping centers within a few minutes by subway does the trick. For those of you who like restaurants, it is well established in the center of Sätra, and there are both gyms and pharmacies. At night, it is not recommended to go through the center to, for example, go to and from the otherwise excellent night bus connection. It depends on from semi-criminal lit local kids etc. there.
