I want to write a review about a tennis club with very poor service. I stood in line for quite a while and then received an email saying that my son could come and play. A few days later another email came saying that he could start playing – but only if he is not a beginner. I replied that he has been playing for a few years.nAfter that I did not receive any feedback. I then sent another question about whether he could come or not and finally got the answer that he could not come. I asked for an explanation and more transparency, but did not receive a written answer. Instead, a woman called me, and the conversation began with an unprofessional attitude.nIn summary: incredibly unprofessional attitude, they do not call back even though they say they will, and when you ask for transparency they do not answer emails but call and make excuses. Very unprofessional behavior.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced – the management is arrogant and rude, making you feel unwelcome as a member. The tennis courts are not the best, but still acceptable. Unfortunately the overall experience is completely ruined by the lack of service and attitude. Not recommended.
