We stayed for 2 nights and the staff was very kind and flexible for check in due to last minute delay of our arrival.nnConveniently located near train station and there is nearby bus stop. Rooms were clean and were comfortable for 2 nights if you need place to sleep. They have limited rooms on first floor with nice common kitchen with all utilities with good ambience. Bathrooms were clean but need a little renovation. Given cost of room it’s provides you all facilities that one need in hotel.nnI totally recommend to visit the Samer museum in basement which is free for hotel guests. Airport bus stop is 10-15 min walking distance and also the restaurant and supermarket.

Home of a Sami Musuem, generally lower prices than other hotels in Kiruna, friendly staff took care of our bag while we went away for a 8 day hike we stayed the night before and after the hike at the hotel, simple breakfast on weekdays. Just note that location is a slight walk to old town center but it is near to the very excellent Stejk Street Food and airport bus stop. Also note that there is no manned staff after 3pm and on weekends but check in is arranged in advance. If you don't see the staff, you need to pay cash or make advance payment through transfer. Just a small inconvenience on this part. Be sure to visit the Sami Museum.

Positiv: The room was clean, quiet and had everything what you need. The Location was perfect to reach the airportbus.nnNegativ: at the end of my stay, they charged me a different higher price! As I noticed afterwards, that I had payed too much, I got back to them via E-Mail obviously I wasn't in the country anymore and showed them all the old emails of the booking process and what price we discussed back then.nLong story short, until this day I didn't got the money back. They refuse to answer my Emails.nnI wouldn't book it again in the fututure because of this incident!
