A regular school without any major fluctuations.nCompletes the curriculum and has a good competence in his permanent employees.nnDisadvantages are that they are happy to bring in substitutes for minimum wage and that they have students who are both physically and psychologically violent towards adults where the municipality does not take responsibility.nnWhich results in teachers getting a big challenge and even in some cases neglecting their other students. The school needs to work on supporting its teachers to be able to maintain teaching for students whose problems do not exist.
