It’s a refreshing change from the usual concrete boxes in the city.nnBut parking? That’s where things get frustrating. There are only a few spots where you can park for free with a three-hour disc, and finding one of them can feel like a workout on its own. Most of the nearby parking is paid, which isn’t ideal if you’re planning a longer session.nnThere’s also a padel court on-site, which adds a nice bit of energy and variety.nnThe changing rooms are clean but a bit cramped. Functional, not luxurious. The gym itself is tucked one level down near reception and is easy to miss if you don’t know where to look.nnInside, you’ll find what you need. Free weights, machines, the essentials are covered. But it’s fairly small, especially if you’re used to bigger city gyms.nnThere’s also a solid stretch area, which is a nice touch.nnOverall, it’s a good, straightforward gym with a friendly atmosphere. Not flashy, not huge, but it does the job. Just be prepared to hunt for parking before you start your session.
Excellent gym. They have all equipment you may need for great workout. It enough space. Well organized areas. Always well maintained. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Other pluses paddle courts, free coffee and big sauna.nOpening times are just perfect 5:00-00:00 everyday only sauna is not on when gym not staffed but that’s logical.
Great gym. Spacious with well defined sections, greatly equipped with machines and other training equipment. Clean well maintained and an all around great experience training here.nnWould definitely recommend going here.
Came for the padel as there are three courts as part of the SATS gym. Great location but hard to find parking and unclear as to where to park. Courts are of great quality but lightning is too weak.
Well equipped and not too crowded.nMy favorite SATS right now.nToo bad they don't offer MiniSats though. After the pandemic, most minisats were closed or slashed their time schedules incl the only remaining minisats in Täby Täby C.
