This is a wow gym! Bigger than one can imagine. Relatively clean with nice staff.nThe participants are energetic i visit all sats randomly and there are two boxing bags available for everyone. That's promising. Also the sauna is really hot and functioning!nnWell done SATS sofo and keep up the good work!
Huge gym with super service especially Vilgot who helped me set up my one month membership that was cheaper than paying the daily pass. The place is clean and you see trainers and staff putting away equipment everyday. There is a large locker room with a hot sauna.nnI’ve never had to weight for machines but the free weights do get busy but not awful. They have many different zones for those that want to do xXsfit box stuff, HIIT, gymnastics, powerlifting, cycling, yoga classes…huge gym.nnI think it’s a fantastic deal at 799kr/month for visitors and locals alike.
Great equipments but weak on cleaningness esp on rainy days. They dont remind people to take of shoes so if you follow the rules, you will walk on mud. They dont warn or clean. Just mess. Showers are also another heartache
Spacious and well-equipped gym in Södermalm with great variety—free weights, HIIT zone, classes, and even martial arts. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Can get crowded during peak hours, and some equipment shows wear, but overall a top gym in the area.
SATS SoFo is an amazing gym!!! What else can one say?? 10 10 10s across the board. PERIOD!!
