Friendly staff, good classes and great atmosphere.
It's not the most modern sats experience you will have, but it gets the job done.nnAdequate machines, weights and space.nnBut Personally I wish there were more open spaces with soft floors for training without weights and possibly a heavy bag for martial arts.nnAnd also lovely staff except one boy who obviously should find work elsewhere.
Good staff and good crowd at the gym. Need more improvement on their app to see PT sessions and trainings.
Clean and fresh but often crowded. No places in the gym that are more hidden away - others always see you when working out in the gym.nNot the best supply of classes, but that's easy to look up depending on what you would prefer.nThis says has two rooms for classes and then an extra big one for spinning classes.
Great Gym ! Best PT ! The atmosphere push you to the next level
