Right next to the airport so great location for that. I booked a room without a window as it’s cheaper and it was fine, the AC was working well. People complaining about no window should probably check before they book as it’s clearly differentiated on their website!nSmall sauna and hot tub that’s neither that hot nor has any bubbles with a view of the apron on the sixth floor which was a nice bonus.nRoom was small and no desk but all you need for a short stay.
This is very nice Scandic, conveniently located near the priority security entrance to the Landvetter airport.nThe reception staff is very friendly and helpful and makes you feel welcome at checkin.nThe rooms are very small but clean. Some of the rooms have no windows.nThe hotel has a restaurant that opens for breakfast at 4am and closes at 11:30pm so it is very easy to get a bite to eat even if you arrive late or need to depart early. The breakfast buffet is very good and the evening menu is fine, albeit a bit limited. In the evening, you order your food in the bar and pick it up at the kitchen counter. The bar staff is very friendly and helpful.nAll in all this hotel is a great alternative if you need to leave early or if you arrive late and need an overnight stay.
The hotel is contemporary and tasteful in its design. The staff are welcoming and professional. It is important to note that breakfasts are sufficiently substantial. My agent reserved a room without a window. Some people may find this challenging. Therefore, it is important to pay close attention to your choices when making a booking. It is convenient that there is no need to go outside the building to access the airport.
