This review is about the “private parking” offered by the hotel. They have their own parking garage, which is why we chose them, as overnight parking in public parking garages in Gothenburg carries a high risk of break-ins, especially in foreign cars. Since my car was packed road trip, I couldn't take that risk.nOnly AFTER booking and paying did we receive a message that the parking had to be reserved in advance via a link URL.nUnfortunately, the parking garage was full. The alternative offered was a public parking garage.nI called the reception desk to change the booking to another date when private parking spaces were available, but that was impossible. So I had to cancel, which meant I lost all my money.nThe information about the private parking system should be clearly communicated BEFORE booking so that you can immediately check whether or not there is a space available!nThis should not come AFTER the booking and payment procedure!nThe hotel is also not open to solution-oriented communication. A request for a free cancellation refund or change of date was coldly refused.
Close to Svenska Massan, Liseberg, and Stadium. Easy walk to city centre or public transport is close. Excellent breakfast! Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but still very nice. Service is great. Will stay again on my next trip to Goteborg.

Excellent location for a conference Hotel, great sauna and facilities for making your business stay productive.
Great Hotel. Really well located. Friendly and efficient service. Great breakfast and good evening meals with a nice wine list. Gym and meeting rooms are great too. Highly recommend. Had a room on the 13th Floor with a great view!
