Conveniently located for travel within Kista, this hotel offers a pleasant stay with good amenities. Be sure to book a room on one of the upper floors for a pretty good view. The breakfast had a vast spread, but note that the gym is basic, and the receptionists weren't particularly welcoming.
I haven’t even seen my room yet, and my experience so far has been extremely disappointing. I called the hotel beforehand to check whether an early check-in might be possible and was told to ask on arrival. I arrived early, fully prepared to pay extra, but was informed that I cannot check in until 4 pm with no flexibility or willingness to help.nnWhile waiting, I asked if the hotel served any food, as I am exhausted and very hungry. I was told that food is only available for conference guests. I then asked if I could order food from outside, and was told this is “not allowed due to Swedish laws,” which is simply not true. I’ve travelled extensively, including all over Sweden, and I have never stayed at a hotel that forbids guests from bringing in their own food.nnThe result is that I am stuck waiting for hours with no food options at all, which is both unreasonable and unwelcoming. This is not the level of service or hospitality I expect from a hotel. My first impression is terrible, and unless something drastically improves, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and cozy, offering plenty of comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality that made for a perfect start to each day.nnThe location is also a big plus—very close to the train station and with easy access to Stockholm city center, which made getting around super convenient. Despite being well-connected, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, which added to the restful experience.nnOverall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
Horrible ...no safety for guests... i stayed for 2 nightsnMy purse got stolen from the breakfast buffet just before checkout. And there were only hotel guests at breakfast .The hotel didnt show any concern and didabsolutely nothing to help us. Since it was our first stop on the tour..it had all my necessities for travel.nThey acted like it was none of their concern and it dint seem like it was a new matter seemed routine affair from their conduct. If you want a secure stay..i say avoid this place
I was there on 27 th may to 29 may 2025.it was shock of my life staying there as we are doctors and traveling with group of doctors.on the morning of 29th we were in break fast room and after finishing my breakfast I went to wash room, because we were about to check out and I kept my purse on one of the table of breakfast room as I came back there are no trace of my purse.it was start of my trip so all my belongings and cash were inside.some waiters were picking up the crockery.I asked them that no body else can come here but they keep listening with deaf ears. I went to reception and asked them to check into your cameras but they refused.we all are senior citizens and could not understand what should be our next move so we made police complaint but to my dismay no body had come.till now no concern has been shown from hotel side. I had Big loss.after repeated calls to the hotel there are no response from management.they are not bothered about tourist.No Empathy for tourists.Big sorry for this hotel
