Thank you very much, it is very qualitative and I will eventually keep purchasing.
Bought two items. One was ok the other was unusable. The unpainted Eyebrows for the headlights were virtually impossible to paint and the finish was so bad it was impossible to hide. The black gloss kidney grill was loose after fitment and very light plastic compared with the original but looks ok from a suitable distance. Took some time to get them as well.
The A6 honeycomb grill and foglight holders I ordered arrived quickly, good quality, it was easy to fit, cant complain.
The item arrived in a completely unacceptable damaged state, and I reached out to customer support a full two months ago. Shockingly, they still haven't provided me with an address for returning the item or issuing a refund. This has been an utterly infuriating and unacceptable experience.
Watch out when ordering from this web shop!nnI ordered rims on the website of SC Styling and paid them fully. Two weeks after ordering, I still haven't received anything, not even a shipment notification. Turns out SC Styling is simply not shipping my products, because they say there was a pricing mistake on their website, even though they were running discount promotions on rims on their website! Solution according to them: cancel the order or pay a high amount of money. What a bad customer service, apparently an order confirmation is worthless to this company.nnIf you want to leave your payment information with a web shop that then tries to coerce you to pay a higher amount, go for SC Styling. Otherwise, choose a reputable seller with actual customer service.
