Unfortunately not worth any stars at all! Despite all the criticism, nothing worked with the driver and his announced delivery times that changed all the time during the day, disgusting to deal with customers in this way! Created us a lot of unnecessary extra work and frustration, no apology or anything from the driver when he showed up after we had to call several times and call for him. Note! Driving to a well-known place just outside Karlstad with good weather and road conditions, despite this he messed up, damn pissed off, this shouldn't happen!!
Still waiting for a purchased shirt. Sent on 21/12 with Schenker and still not arrived. No possibility of personal contact from Schenker. Have tried tracking but only get informed that the item has been shipped. Still waiting today 8/1 2026.
My experience with Schenker has been very negative. One of my deliveries has been postponed five times, and when it finally arrived, an old desk was damaged – obviously hit by a forklift. On another occasion, a TV was supposed to be delivered, but I was told that I was not at home, even though my office faces the entrance and I know for sure that no delivery truck has been there. Schenker states that a new delivery has been booked, but when the week comes it turns out that no delivery has been scheduled. Unfortunately, their logistics, communication and responsibility are not up to par, especially when delivery only takes place once a week.
