Worst possible communication! They state a time and date, change their mind and come at a different time and date and think that's correct? It's faster to pick up the package yourself!
In every way, an incredibly careless behavior in relation to their service. Their system and information flow is incorrect and the customer service is non-existent. Unbelievable that such a large and established company does not do more to optimize obstacles within their service and thereby develop the company. Can't really recommend anyone to buy goods that will then be transported by Schenker.
100% fast and smooth, nice reception
I had a very bad experience. I had to quickly put on a jacket and the truck driver just drove off. Calling him out or whistling didn't help. Now they're saying my address is unknown. Outrageous.
