Tried to reach the transport manager in Halmstad without success, I wanted to perform the service his driver performs for us as a customer. And it is a shame that one should ruin for all those others who do this service excellently. I hope he gets in touch so we can solve this problem. I value a good collaboration because this affects the company negatively.
The second time Schenker packs one of my packages on the wrong truck. What then happens is that it takes several days to get the package out on the right route, even though it is only supposed to be sent out from the sorting center in Halmstad. This time it is extra sad considering that this is a Christmas present that according to Schenker themselves should arrive on time if you read on their website. Too bad. You should have the chance to pick up the package yourself at the sorting center instead of waiting for 2-5 working days...
