When the driver arrives, the legs have broken off on both tables because they put the tables straight with the legs on in the truck, they hadn't tightened the tables in any way. A five-year-old would have understood that they would break. Ulf then promises that we will get brand new tables in a package. When these arrive two weeks later, one of the tables is mashed on the side and completely broken. Then it wasn't even the right table. We take it with him to the place but he runs away and drives away. So it's just for throwing away, no one will want to buy it because it can't be fixed.nSelleberga lost both money and customers on this. Never buying from you again.

Do not go here if you have children.nWe went here to look at a coffee table and I brought my 3 year old with me. As a parent, I kept reminding my child to just look and not touch, but as everyone knows, three year olds are naturally curious.nnFor a brief moment, when I looked away for a second, my child stood up on one of the coffee tables. Then an older man who works there shouted loudly at my child to get down. Both my child and I were scared - my child started crying hysterically.nnI immediately picked my child up in my arms and walked towards the exit. Then the man also said that I should apologize and that I do not know how to raise my child.nnIf this had been dealt with in a calm and respectful manner, I would of course have apologized. As a parent, I am fully aware of my responsibility, and if something had broken, I would of course have taken responsibility and replaced it.nnHowever, this treatment was completely unacceptable. It was a very unpleasant and frightening experience – both for me and my child. We will not be returning.

Nice guy who builds old furniture with Swedish quality! I tell the guy you're a good man! He showed me the table after he showed me the sofa. You see he's a tough guy!

Bought a coffee table, they helped us pick up and load the table. When we got home we saw that it was the wrong color.. typical when you drive back and forth 40min, but things like that can happen.nnCalled them and was promised compensation on the phone but when we got there they could only offer 10% on the next purchase. Terrible that they can't even accommodate the travel cost but just sell you a new piece of furniture at a cheaper price. Never shop there again, careless and unprofessional.nnNow I read in retrospect that they don't accept complaints either.. sounds like a disaster.
