Brought in a chainsaw for troubleshooting and service. 3100 SEK later, the saw lasted a total of 6 pulls with the starter cord……then the starter spring was a piece of cake again. Maybe not worth 3 salmon nnUpdate: Brought the saw back but haven't received any feedback yet but it will probably involve additional costs.nAfter the first visit, the repairman whined that there were only Chinese parts in Husqvarna saws…..on the second visit, he whined that there were only plastic in Husqvarna saws. Maybe you should just sell STIHL instead
Got fantastic service when my riding lawn mower broke down! Krille came and picked it up, troubleshooting was done immediately, cost estimates were given, spare parts were ordered, the workshop did what was required, home delivery was made. All within a week. Nice, professional and efficient! Can recommend to everyone!
Unfortunately, the customer is not the focus of this supplier. Ordered an item and received a text message that the item is available for pickup. Only when I entered the place and told them that I wanted to pick up the part did I learn that the place was closed. This means that I understand that in the future I will not receive the service that I, as a customer, deserve.nOf course I was pissed when I first visited the store they had just closed and was directed to the new one...nI don't see a bright future for this company or those who need to be their customers.
Received fantastic help and service here when my husband and I were looking for a new leaf blower!
It was really worth leaving the municipal border and going to Servio in Vallentuna for faster service of my broken down robotic lawnmower. The service I received was incredibly nice.
