Stay away: Severins refused to accept my return - Disrespecting the right of withdrawal.nnThe product was damaged when I received, besides being of a much inferior quality than advertised on the website. I contacted the company to organize a return and exercise my right of withdrawal, but the company refused to help and does not want to accept the return, forcing me to keep a damaged, lower quality product. They are basically false advertising and forcing you to keep their products. Stay away from them.
I have recently ordered a sideboard from this store online using their webpage. So even though I was prepared to wait 8 to 12 weeks for the furniture to arrive because it was stated before I ordered, 2 weeks later the sideboard arrived literally into my living room!nnThe delivery was done by a couple of really polite guys from Severins to Stockholm where I live, so this is something that I highly appreciate. Usually delivery companies rarely care about how something is being transported so it's often that damages occur. In this case, the furniture was delivered, properly packed and protected! It arrived without a single scratch or mark.nnI cannot recommend them high enough, if there were 10 star ratings, that's what I would give them!
