We have been coming to Silverlake Camp in Bengtsfors for quite some time whenever we have questions about our mountain bike or electric bike. Every visit, we receive excellent service. Daniel is highly skilled and checks the bikes thoroughly. He clearly discusses in advance what we do and do not want to have done. He also advises which repairs are important to handle right away and which ones can wait. This gives us a lot of confidence.nnHe is always friendly and helpful. Communication is smooth and we always receive quick responses via Facebook, which is very convenient when we want to ask something.nnHe recently fitted our bike with winter tyres with studs and gave the bike a full check up. This was definitely needed, so we are glad we can ride safely through the winter again. He also gives practical advice, for example on how to take better care of the chain, which in our case was in poor condition due to our own doing.nnDaniel has a great sense of humour, which makes every visit pleasant and relaxed.nnIn short, this is a place where expertise, customer friendliness and reliable service come together. Highly recommended for anyone who wants their bike to be in good hands.
Me and my father rented 1 cano for 5 nights and 6 days here through the agency of Nature Travels. The people of this canocenter speak perfect english and are very helpfull and friendly. If I would come here again I will for sure use this rentalcenter again.
We were luckily able to rent a kayak over night on very short notice called 2h before. The equipment was in perfect conditions and the staff was very friendly. The area is absolutely beautiful. We would definitely do it again!
Very friendly staff, and great views from the camping. Bike & Canoe renting gives good opportunity to explore the surrounding area's. Good facilities, kitchen with 2 stoves, toilets & showers 20 kronen for 4 minutes with great water pressure. Unfortunately all these facilities were really dirty. Guests don't really keep everything clean and housekeeping is really poor. Hence me only giving a 3 star review.
