If you want to experience a classic small town coffee shop, you can do a lot worse than Sjöholms Bageri. They fit the bill almost perfectly.nnI went with a sweet bun and a spinach lasagna. Got it pretty quickly, and while clearly not being freshly done, it was pretty ok.nnThe seating area was ok, and filled with a mix of people. Younger as well as older. Clean and well kept.nnWell worth a visit no matter is you are looking for lunch or just a fika.
Swedens oldest bakery.nI enjoyed a mini-Semla with good cream and for my taste a bit too much rum or similar alcoholic flavor.nThe sandwich was done for me on spot.nnI took also a fresh baked loaf of white bread with me. To my surprise I don’t think it was sourdough and did feel very dry already the next day.nnThe customer service was great. The location is cosy and spacious. You can sneak into the bakery and even brew your own tea or refill your coffee.
Lovely and friendly, excellent bakery with sit down space to enjoy their food.
