Skanörs strandparkering

We came here with a camper van but had to turn around after we had driven around for a while. There was a small parking lot for 10 camper vans. The rest of the parking lots were only for cars. There was a huge gravel lot with plenty of space, but no camper vans... we really didn't feel welcome and had to turn around.....

A simple, flat gravel parking lot for exactly 10 RVs. Overnight parking costs just under €20 without electricity although it's possible and water. The ticket machine at the harbor office accepts cash and card. Those who pay after 10 a.m. pay for the next night. Those who pay before 10 a.m. pay for the previous night. Included are clean, spacious showers, toilets, and grey and black water disposal. Just 40 meters from the water and sandy beach! Contrary to other postings, RVs are not allowed to stay overnight at any other parking lot in this area, and certainly not for free. They are only allowed during the day until 8 p.m. There are plenty of restaurants on this corner.

It was very empty when we were there.nnA bit windy, but a great spot to look out at the sea.nnYou should definitely download the green parking app beforehand! It's the only app you can use there, and the internet is very slow.

Terrible if you come at the wrong time. Waited 43 minutes in a parking space. Aggressive drivers. Let 4 other drivers pass who thought they had a greater right to the spaces that became available. Avoid going somewhere else it's not worth it!

Excellent place to watch the sunset from.
