The staff were polite and helpful. I was called immediately after I entered my reservation.nnIf you’re arriving by car, take extra care to park in the correct area. We were ticketed because we parked in the middle of the lot and apparently only the spots near the road were for paid parking. The lot was empty, but that didn’t matter. Be sure to only park where the signs say you can. It wasn’t clear at all to us, especially being new to Sweden.
As expected, they messed up the deklaration, luckily I had taken receipt of deklaration submission which saved me 1250 försenad avgift. But it took me a lot of time to find and submit the receipt to Skatteverket to prove that I had submitted the deklaration on time, it was their PROFESSIONALISM which dragged me to be fined for late submission.nnMy insight, be really careful when you submit anything at this branch and ask them to stamp a receipt for your records. Believe me it will save you thousands which would be caused due to their negligence.
I haven't visited the tax office for a long time, because I usually submit, my tax return via text message.
Th host who helped me submit my application was nice.
It may be well hidden no signage on the public street, but the service is extremely quick and the staff are quite polite.
