Went here for biometric record for ID card since all the branches in Stockholm were fully booked. The lady who handled me was very friendly, helpful, and informative on what to expect next.
I went here to get my ID card done, since it had an appointment available much earlier that the office in Stockholm. Lady who took my info was friendly.nAdvise, arrive early for your appointment, because there's a line outside before you can scan the appointment QR.
Make a note, this is the new place where the Skatt is shifted. Now it is in the COOP buildingFirst floor. Earlier it was in Luna galleria building.nnGood attention by the staffs do take a token from vending machine just after the entrance.nKeep checking the display for your token numberUnfortunately there is no counter# displayed on the staff desk. When your number is called, just look at all the counter who is looking for you No other go, sorry.nnBut the people over there really helpful and listen to your request and help you out with any strange process.nnKeep it up team, thanks for your service
I went to this office to make basic adjustments about my personal details..nMy experience:n-uninterested staffn-lack of collaborationn-unprofessional attitudenI had filed my personal details in paper form highlighting the point, yet they failed make changes and no sign of attempt in their system.nAvoid this place!
