We arrived with a car and caravan on a Friday when the generator was smoking on the car, it was a little after twelve.nBefore twelve o'clock they ordered a generator from Jönköping, arranged a rental car for us for that long, and before 16.00 when the workshop closed the car was fixed and ready so we could go on. What workshop can normally do that on a Friday? They were so kind and super nice, and we are so grateful for the quick help and that we didn't have to sit and wait over the weekend and maybe well into the following week.nThank you very much for your help and for your nice treatment we highly recommend Skobes in Motala, that matter is resolved nRegards Two grateful customers
My son and I visited Skobes as the family is in need of a new car. We walked around there and looked at cars for at least fifteen minutes without getting any attention at all. We passed a coffee room with a window where 3 members of staff were sitting drinking coffee.nNo one got up to give us any kind of service even though I made eye contact with one of them! Really terrible and I don't understand why the manager there places higher demands on his salespeople. It should also be added that we were the only prospective customers in the car showroom.
I have been in and spoken to a salesperson on two occasions and I think he was very professional and knowledgeable. I feel like you are seen as a customer here. They take their time. I had lots of questions and he was able to answer them. On one occasion I was in and looked at a car and it didn't take long before a salesperson came over and asked if I needed help. I haven't bought a car yet though. I would have great confidence in buying a car here. But it is important that it is the right kind of car. We'll see if I can find a car that suits my needs here.
