We had an emergency with our pet rabbit. The staff at UDS were professional and compassionate and managed to get our rabbit healthy again.
My worst experience with vet clinic ever! Very bad-behavior people in Reception and some care-free nurses. My rabbit was sick and after being examined by 2 nurses they said he is totally fine. They injured his 2 ears and couldn't take blood sample! They awaited me for about 3 hours with no outcome and finally charged me with a couple of thousands SEK. Unbelievable...nI wish I will never need to go there again.
We arrived late in the evening and had to go through 4 hours waiting time before we got to talk to a vet, but the staff was very caring and gentle. The vet was very acknowledged and trustworthy, her diagnosis was based on very good observation skills and were confirmed by a simple blood test. Despite the late hour it was midnight she was patient and friendly and doing a very careful job. I felt that we were taken care of really, really well. Great to know that such a place exists close by!
Severely under staffed after hours. Rang the clinic during the Christmas holidays to get an appointment for my cat who had developed an infection after mouth surgery but was told they were too busy and did not have time to see him. Unacceptable that an animal with an infection should be denied treatment.
